I have been blogging since 2004, I think. My first blogpost was on 1 Dec 2004. Most of my posts then were my poems, then later on I posted some thoughts and comments on life and work and the like. Since then I have read many other blogs and have noticed the many contests and other income generating things one can do through blogging. I never really joined them as I did not have the time or the skills yet. And for a while I stopped updating my blogs but I still read other blogs. For a time also I was curious when people talk about dropping cards and all that.
So I went to click on the Entrecard sign and I was convinced to join and try it. It was a good decision as it increased traffic to my blog, and it also gave me many opportunities to link with others. There are just so many blogs out there, and most are really interesting. It's the case of "so many blogs, but so little time" - to read and join all the fun they offer (esp games, contests). I have joined very few contests mainly because I did not have the time to devote on them. But yesterday, I tried joining Entrecard's Blog Comment Day. And lo! this morning when I opened my email I got this message from them:You have been sent 2000 Entrecard credits! These credits were sent from Entrecard direct to your Entrecard account and have been applied to your balance. The transaction included the following note from the sender: contest! --- Entrecard.com, linking bloggers together.
This is my first ever win and I am so happy! This means I can buy more adverts with these points. Thanks Entrecards and to all EC dropper friends! You've just made my day!
