Binirayan Foundation, Inc.

This is the new site of the Binirayan Foundation, Inc., a cultural NGO which organizes and manages the celebration of the annual Binirayan Festival in the province of Antique, as well as handling the culture and arts program of the province. The members are composed of local government units and civil societies, educational institutions, and the private sector. I think this is a unique organization and an example of how the local government can work with non-governmental units and other stakeholders in the promotion of culture and the arts in a province or region.
