LP: Kalikasan (Nature)

Shrimp farming has had many detractors, blaming it for the destruction of nature and the environment. It might be true in some areas many years ago. But nowadays, efforts are being made to slow down and maintain a better environment so nature is not affected. One of these is the use of sediments from the shrimp ponds as fertilizers for vegetable and fruit farming. The crops are healthy and there is also no need to use pesticides so they are clean. It is just right that whatever we do for our livelihood, we should always consider how to keep our surroundings in good condition and live harmoniously with nature, which will help to make the world a better place, especially for the future generations.

We want to escape the noise, the heat, the chaos, the traffic, the stresses of city living. Estares Lake Resort in Lake Sebu, South Cotabato, Philippines, offers a refuge from all these. We may not entirely fulfill our dream but we can have a taste of it even for just a few days or weeks. LP46: Tipanan (Date)

my hubby and i love nature, so visiting places to look at their natural beauty is one of our favorite must-do. since these places are quiet and far from the chaos of the world, we can feel our hearts in agreement even without speaking. we also become one with nature, hearing sounds otherwise not heard. we really feel good about this, and after a few hours there, we are again ready to face the world. that's why if we feel a bit tired of being in the rat race, let's go and visit the nearest mountain or beach etc.
